Images of January

It seems that every single January seems to fly by. Something about the return to normalcy after the holidays brings productivity, but less reflection, fewer books read, fewer pictures taken and fewer moments remembered or pauses fit in to our days. At least that's been my experience of the last few Januarys. This one was no exception. It involved a bit of work and personal travel, but all in all, flew by with few pictures to remember it by.

A church in Cambridge, Mass.

I organized a tiny craft area in my apartment!

I joined my parents for a day in Boston at the American Library Association's bi-annual conference. I loved seeing popular titles from 2015. As a side note, currently reading Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates and it's incredible.

Lake Waukewan in Meredith, NH. The ice fisherman's house was later removed from the lake as the temperatures rose and the ice began to thin...

Killington, VT. Such a beautiful and clear day.

Boston!

Headed to New York with a friend and former colleague!

My hotel room was on the 42nd floor. Ears popped many times on the elevators.
